Moyo: Pangolin Month (Ltd Edition)

February is Pangolin Month and it’s also the month of love.

My name is Moyo, and I was chosen as a representative for my species because my name literally means heart.

This February, I’ve donned my bright pink colours to celebrate love, and to stand up and stand out for pangolins everywhere.

Across the world, pangolins are the most trafficked mammals on Earth. Pangolin Month is the time to change that, by raising awareness, educating communities, and supporting the people working on the front lines to protect us.

My pink colours are not just for Valentine’s Day, they are also to highlight the people who give their hearts every day to keep us safe. Behind every rescued pangolin are dedicated conservationists, rangers, veterinarians, and handlers. As an ambassador for pangolins, I represent a global effort to stop illegal wildlife trade and to support conservation initiatives that protect pangolins in the wild.

These toy pangolins help share our message. They remind people that awareness leads to action, and action leads to change. We need your help to get more people to fall in love with us and to see that pangolins are worth protecting.
