Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for small international orders are automatically calculated at checkout. These rates are based on your delivery location, package weight, and dimensions.

Please note that international shipping rates are volatile and depend on are calculated on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (the space a package occupies). Although our products are not particularly heavy, they can be somewhat bulky. We take great care to package items securely to prevent damage during transit.

Large or Complex Orders

For larger international orders or those containing multiple irregularly shaped items, our automated system may not always calculate the most efficient box size. This can occasionally result in higher-than-expected shipping costs.

Once we receive your information, we’ll calculate the optimal box size, confirm the most cost-effective rate, and get back to you with a custom FedEx shipping quote.

Packaging

We make every effort to ensure that all items are securely packed using sufficient padding and protective materials to minimize the risk of damage in transit.

Shipping Terms

Your order will be sent on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means that FedEx or your local customs authority may contact you if they require import details or payment for VAT/duties.

For smaller shipments like ours, customs sometimes allow packages to pass through without charges, but this depends on the import laws and value thresholds of your country. Please be aware that you may be contacted to provide additional information or make a payment before delivery.

Unfortunately, Let’s Live cannot act as the importer for international shipments, so it is important that we include your phone number with your order in case FedEx or customs need to reach you directly.
